Yes — Italian-speaking coordinator handles RFQ and order correspondence in Italian. Technical drawings with Italian notation (UNI conventions) accepted directly. Quote responses provided in Italian. Complex technical discussions default to English for precision with Italian coordinator facilitating translation.
Do you follow UNI / EN standards?
Yes. UNI EN ISO 2768-m/f for general tolerances (same as DIN/ISO 2768). Our engineers familiar with UNI drafting conventions. Material specifications can be provided per UNI EN steel designations (e.g., UNI EN 10025-2 S275JR). Heat treatment to UNI EN specifications where applicable.

How fast can you ship during Ferragosto (August)?
Italian summer holiday period (Ferragosto) affects our Italian customers' supply chains. Our Wuxi operations run year-round except Chinese New Year (1–2 weeks in Jan/Feb). During Italian August slowdowns, we continue production; shipments may arrive to closed receiving docks. We coordinate with customers on appropriate shipping dates during August.
